Biography
I was born into a real estate family. My father, Joe G. Davalos, bought and sold property in the San Antonio area his entire adult life. Drawing inspiration from his career, it caused me to ventured into real estate. When I got my realtor’s license as a young man, I saw it not only as a way to make a living but as a chance to match people with their perfect property. It’s a commitment I rededicate myself to every day
In 1999 I was given the opportunity to market bank owned homes/REO's. I loved the analytical part of valuations and recommending the best marketing approach for each particular property. I have been able to provide a wide variety of housing to a diverse group of buyers these last 30 plus years.
