I am all in on real estate. I started many years ago working with the first-time homebuyer. I found that I always enjoyed marketing properties though. I eventually found my niche in listing corporate owned properties. my clients consist of bank owned homes, and small and large corporate sellers. I found if I performed well and provided results, I could receive more opportunities to list and sell for my clients. This allowed me to create a sustainable business and build a team. My team provides the results my clients and myself expect. We deliver.
My Team – I surround myself with great people. From in house accounts payable/billing, incredible buyers' agents to my property inspector. In addition, I have great licensed/bonded sub-contractors for repairs and maintenance.
Knowledgeable – Having sold over 3,000 listings these past 25 years have given me insight on how to evaluate with the best repair strategy for maximum return.
Well versed on repairs/remodeling – Growing up in a real estate household I learned the remodeling process well. Many of my clients ask that we undertake major renovations to provide financeable housing. I design and oversee the construction process for most of my clients. With this approach we are able to provide a great home to the buyer and get top value for my client's property.
